Combination of 3/8 in closed cell polyethylene foam with an aggressive self-adhesive waterproofing membrane. Conforms and seals off the voids and irregularities between the top of the foundations and sill plate. Stops heating and air condition loss at the foundation to sill plate interface. Eliminates air, moisture and insect/rodent infiltration beneath the sill plate; energy saving, mildew and water-resistant.
